Running a service business can be challenging, and that’s exactly what two young electricians discovered when they started their own electrical company in New Jersey 24 years ago.
Their names were Mike Agugliaro and Rob Zadotti. They had big dreams but learned how overwhelming it was to run a business! The first decade of Mike and Rob’s electrical business was difficult and they almost had to shut the business down! Instead, they chose to learn from the best companies in the world and turn things around.
The following 12 years saw massive growth as they became the #1 home service company in Central New Jersey, earning more than $32 million a year, with 200 staff and 165 trucks. Then in 2017, they were acquired by a large private equity company.
Mike and Rob knew that they had discovered an exciting playbook of strategies and tools that could help other service business owners. So, they founded CEO Warrior and gathered a team of industry experts to teach and deploy the most cutting edge, proven strategies to change the lives of service business owners everywhere.
